About Natural Rattan

Rattan is a natural material that grows in tropical climates and is valued for its strength, lightness, and renewability. We use sun-dried, untreated rattan that keeps its original texture and soft earthy scent. Because it’s natural, slight color variations or irregularities are normal and part of its charm.

Care & Maintenance

• Keep in a dry, ventilated place; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely.
• Do not soak in water or clean with harsh chemicals.
• Over time, the surface color may deepen naturally — a sign of real rattan aging gracefully.

With simple care, your woven piece will last beautifully and age with character.

Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Henan, China, via reliable international logistics partners. We deliver to most regions worldwide, and each order includes tracking information once shipped.

Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days depending on destination

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly assist with exchanges or returns as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

For custom-made or personalized pieces, we’re unable to accept cancellations once production has started, except in the rare case of shipping damage or loss. If this happens, reach out to us — we’ll handle it personally and make things right.
