Non-custom products can be modified or canceled before shipment.

For custom pieces, cancellations are only possible before you confirm the final design preview.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving any non-customized product.
For custom-made items, you may request a full refund during the design stage before production begins.
Once production has started, refunds are not available for personal preference changes — however, if your custom product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Each product is handmade and closely matches the photos shown on our website.

However, because we use natural materials and traditional handcrafting techniques, slight variations in wood grain, color tone, or texture are normal — making every piece truly one of a kind.

For Wood Carving Products:
*To preserve the natural beauty of your wood art, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity.
*Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — or a slightly damp cloth if necessary — and never use chemical cleaners or abrasive tools.
*Applying a thin layer of natural wood oil once or twice a year can help maintain its smooth texture and luster.

For Rattan Weaving Products:
*Rattan is a natural fiber that prefers moderate humidity. Keep your item away from direct sunlight and overly dry environments to prevent cracking.
*If dust accumulates, use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean.
*For long-term care, you can lightly wipe the surface with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry in a shaded area.
*Avoid soaking or placing near heat sources.
