All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and graphics — is the property of Piexlculpt and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

For custom-made products, any photos, designs, or visual materials uploaded by the user remain the sole property of the user.
Piexlculpt will only use such materials for the purpose of creating and delivering the user’s order, and will not reproduce, share, or use them for any other commercial purpose.

3. Product Information & Custom Orders

All Piexlculpt products are handcrafted from natural materials such as wood and rattan. Each piece is unique—natural variations in grain, color, or small imperfections are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

Custom Carving Products

• During the design phase, users may request a full refund at any time.
• Once the design has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations or refunds are not accepted for personal preference reasons, as each product is handcrafted and made to order.
• However, if a product arrives damaged, lost in transit, or significantly inconsistent with the approved design, Piexlculpt will immediately contact the customer to discuss a replacement, remake, or appropriate compensation.

Non-Custom Products

For regular, non-custom items, minor variations in color or material texture are natural and not grounds for a refund or replacement.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices listed on our website are shown in the currency specified on the product page.
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by Piexlculpt.
Customers will not be charged any additional hidden or unexpected fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Regular products: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Custom products: 1–2 days for design communication and confirmation, followed by 3–5 days of production (depending on complexity).
• We offer shipping to most countries across Europe, America, and Oceania. If your country or region is not available during checkout, please contact our team for possible special arrangements.
• All shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance processes.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their order.

Custom Orders

• Fully refundable during the design stage.
• Once production has begun, refunds are not accepted for reasons of personal preference.
• If the product arrives damaged, defective, or lost in transit, or differs substantially from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, remake, or refund after verification.

Non-Custom Products

• Refunds or replacements are available for major quality issues, breakages, or items significantly different from description.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear supporting photos.
• Natural characteristics such as wood grain, minor surface texture, or slight color differences are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, product designs, logos, and text, is the property of Piexlculpt and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

All custom designs and photos provided by users remain the intellectual property of the user and will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling that user’s order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piexlculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We use customer data only to process orders, provide customer service, and improve the user experience.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
