2. Scope of Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made directly from PIEXLCULPT through our official website. If you purchased our products through third-party marketplaces or retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.

3. General Return Conditions

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly inconsistent with their online description. All return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note that our wood and rattan crafts are made from natural materials. Minor differences in texture, grain, or color are natural variations and will not be considered defects or grounds for a return.

4. Custom & Personalized Products

For custom wood-carved portrait boards and other personalized items, full refunds are available during the design phase. Once you approve the design preview and production begins, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, as each piece is handcrafted exclusively for you.

5. Non-Custom Products

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving non-customized products. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

For non-defective returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which vary depending on the country or region. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Provide your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue via email or WhatsApp. If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

2. Provide clear photos if applicable (for damaged or defective items).
3. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address and shipping instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm and process your refund or replacement.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized products after production has begun
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Gift cards or promotional items

10. Order Cancellations

Non-customized orders may be canceled before shipment. For custom products, cancellations are only accepted before you confirm the final design. After confirmation, production begins, and cancellations or refunds are not available.

11. Disclaimers & Notes

Natural variations in wood and rattan are part of their unique charm and will not be treated as defects. Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, or other logistics issues are beyond our control. If no claim is made within the specified timeframe, the order will be considered accepted.
