Private customized global delivery

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our workshop in Xinxiang, China. For non-customized products, we typically arrange shipment within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
For custom wood-carved portrait boards, the design stage takes approximately 1–2 days after receiving your photos or requests. Once you approve the preview design, production begins and usually takes 3–5 days depending on size and complexity.
We offer international shipping to most countries across Europe, North America, and Oceania. If your country is available at checkout, it means we can deliver there. For regions not listed, please contact us directly for personalized arrangements.
We provide two delivery options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. First-time customers currently enjoy FREE worldwide standard shipping. Express delivery is available upon request with an additional fee depending on the destination.
Under our current promotion, all first-time orders qualify for FREE global standard shipping. Express shipping is charged based on the destination and can be selected separately at checkout.
All import duties and taxes are fully covered by us — you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. For standard international shipping, please allow approximately 7–14 days after dispatch. Express shipping typically arrives within 5–12 days.
Custom wood-carved products take 1–2 days for design confirmation and 3–5 days for production before global delivery.
We provide continuous order tracking and regular updates on your shipment status. You’ll receive your tracking number promptly after dispatch. Our team will also reach out to confirm your order details and share updates.

For custom-designed wood portrait boards, customers may request full refunds during the design phase. Once you confirm the design preview and production begins, cancellations and refunds will no longer be available. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, and we appreciate your understanding of our process.
Our handcrafted wood and rattan products are made from natural materials. Small variations in texture, grain, or color are inherent to nature and will not be considered defects or grounds for refund.
However, if a product arrives with significant damage, major defects, or clear inconsistencies with the described item, we will immediately coordinate a refund or replacement solution.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order. Provide clear photos and a brief description via email or WhatsApp. Our team will assess the situation promptly and offer compensation, replacement, or a refund as appropriate.
Orders for non-customized products may be canceled or modified before shipment. For customized items, cancellations are accepted only before you confirm the design preview. After confirmation, production begins and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations are part of their unique charm. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics factors. We will always keep you updated in such cases.
